The party ended Adventure #13 at the doorway to the dragon queen.  There was a stone door with runes carved on the face of the inward opening door 5 layers thick.  Spitfire could tell that the door was layered with evocation magic of a powerful nature.  A small map is provided to the party from the crew of the Canine fang.  Your captain provides the map with the proviso, that the crew gets half the treasure.  The adventurers seem to think that a boat ride and some support would be helpful and that 40% seems to be more then fair.  The captain seems agreeable to that, if it includes a share of any magic as well.  T

he party, led by Spitfire, decided to try to open the door with a 16 foot pole, with some sovern glue on the end.  This trick allowed the 1/2ling to avoid the Acid spray, but did nothing for the ice/fire and lightning.  The sonic blast was covered by Cashmir.  The party entered the lair and fought the dragon queens guardian, who killed Havana, and nearly killed Janciss before Spitfire toasted the beast with a anti-draconic power word.  The effect left the beast incinerated.  The party went back to the boat, and traveled to back and forth, raised Havana, and went back to the lair to investigate the dragon.  The party encountered the red dragon, attacked her, and havana and Janciss fled in Fear of the dragon aura.  Unfortunately for Cashmir, he made his save, and stood and fought the dragon to his undoing.  Spitfire offered his associates minor protection magic, which proved to severly hamper the effort.  After a retreat in which Cashmir died and was eaten, the party returned and defeated the dragon queen.  They found a powerful wish ring, which was used to bring back their lost comrade.  They divided treasure, and gave a full share to the captain.  The party then split company and traveled back to the mad wizard Boronir on the far side of the drow city Xak.  They used the teleporter system they found at the dragon lair to make the travel.  They set the transported up for a succor return trip.  The cost of the transport used a 1000gp gem to fire off the spell.  There were 2 other 1000gp gems that appear to be used for the teleporter.  The adventure ended there after a great deal of magic and experience was provided.
