IrakLion
 This small Duchy falls between Oran, Zastronia, Basong and Kandune.  It has survived as a central country due to its Mining.  It has virtually no other resource or use.  It is filled with all types of mining products including gold, silver, precious stones, and clay.  It is currently ruled by Abdaba Marir
who lives in Castle Kassar which has a population of.3,200.

ISLANDS
Spice islands,
The named islands are Kelvang, Negev, Manisland, Okawa, Halmera
Orient islands
 The islands include Fasho, Tokuno, Ning Bo, Mandala, Tanega, Wusan, Shang-Dong, and Kumamota.  The last two being the largest islands in all of Astoria.
Mist islands
 The islands included are Telok, Melkar, and Bondar
Athogate islands
 The largest island is known as Athogate.  The second island is called Florintine.  The smaller islands all have names in the sea elven language.
Scorched islands
 
 These are part of the Spice islands.
Gannon islands
 These islands include Broken bones, Bleached bones, Dewmont Dead Algae, Lemon, Luna Beau, Silver crescent Scarlet plague, and Zoraster.  The Gannon Deeps are these 4 islands Luna Beau, Lemon, Dewmont, and Dead Algae.  They have been hidden by storms from the sea for years as well as other weather hazards.
Resolve
 This island is the last location of the Temple of Fen Li.  The temple is in the great sea and is the home of the Oriental party.  They have hidden here for 2 years so far.   The brotherhood of Mintok reside here on the island.  They are a special sect of Fen Li.

Jacobb and Collin
 These are the high priests who work for Calin.  They are 9th and 10th level.  They have worked for him for 8 years now.  The current year being 677.
Jaffree,  Mountains of
 The mountains in Shang-Dong.  They provide a great barrier from invaders from the south.
Jamal Empire
 This empire is located in the Dark water sea.  It is comprised of the evil sea beings who have brought together aquatic creatures and the dreadnaughts to control the lane between the continent and the spice islands called the Spice Chute.
Jean Paul Briarrd
 Captain of the Grim Tide.  A ship the Hope party used to explore the sea.

 Island in the Spice Island.  It is the southern most island of the spice islands.

 Lord Kentarak.  Member of the house of Kiros and presumed dead.

 Prince Kelor and Princess Mina.  They are the ranking family members of the Tasslemer family.

Powder component for a Hunters weapon creation.  It can only be obtained through the dwarves of the Vox mountains.

 Lich King who resides in Cantar.  He was slain be Zen the Demon Hunter.  He is banished from Astoria.  He can be visited in Cantar.  He is a power no less than before.  He was destroyed in Cantar by Zen and there fore is gone.

 This was Airymagnuss magical device that is controlled by him due to its empathy.  It has a spirit within its structure.  The device once carried him to safety away from the Deadnots.  It is capable of atmospheric travel.

 Holy order in the Duchy of Oran.  The order was destroyed by the Evil party a long time ago.

 Lord Sumaki had this alias.  His home was 10 miles from Kelingtok.
Makuri Fangar
 Dwarven blacksmith who forged the swords of the Realm many centuries ago.
Malamek
 Demon who is very powerful.  It knows Zen and Zen whos it. 

ManIsland
 This is the largest island in the Spice island ring.  It is inhabited by dreadnaughts, Murks and Lizardmen exclusively. 
Mandala
 Islands in the Orient.  The mandala islands are actually two small islands near a large one.  They are simply called the large island of Mandala and the right hand and left hand of Mandala.
Mandinga, Castle
 The palace in Basong where  Ronall Helsin resides.  His wife is Kassa Monet.
There is a population of  2,000.
Mantis
 Fighter who travels with the Hope party.  He is a large Black man who has saved the Hope party on no less than 3 occasions. 
Mantossa, Lord
 A lord you dont want to mess with.
Mao-Zin
 Demon from the Orient.  Primary personality in the Orient.
Marleena
 Lesser deity who is the mother of the gods and wife to Quantom.
Maynard, Duke and Duchess Brettar
 The Duke and Duchess Maynard Brettar of Florintine.  They reside in castle Queterak which has a population of 2,500.  There is a small keep here called the Azul Keep owned by Amigae.  Lord Bethoda also resides here as the head investigator.  He is known as the best detective in all of Astoria.
Mazar, Staff of  (Lazareths)
 Near Relic magical device that was taken from Lazareth by Zen the demon hunter.
Mechtavion, Ancient Dead fuscia wizard
 A dead fuscia wizard whose skull is on the girdle of the ancients.  It is the middle head.
Mechu
 Name given to the Order of Kwang-Li monks. They are the descendants of peasants.  They are experts in using almost any hard or sharp object as a weapon and in non-weapon combat
 The followers of Kwang-li call themselves the Mechu.. 
Medallion of Purity   (LUTHOR)(K5)
 The medallion can only be worn by a character who is Lawful Good.  All non-goods will suffer 1point of damage per round.  Evil characters will take twice that amount.  The Medallion was created to destroy the Land of the Dead in the Large sense.  That is remove it from the continent.
When or if the Medallion is boldly presented to the center of the Cantar and after the destruction of the Lich of Aferdale the gray mist will vanish.
 Diana the Paladin was turned into the medallion.  The mere presence of a Great Paladin had enough goodness to destroy all of the evil of Cantar.  The Lich of Aferdale also called Lazareth by some took possession of the medallion after killing a high level party who sought out his destruction.  If the medallion is destroyed (yeah right) all hope for the end of Cantar is gone.
To end it all a L/G soul must hold up the Medallion in The Mist and give a speech about how evil shall be vanquished and the Mists will recede.
Medallion of the Duke
 Both the Duke of Belliard and the Duke of Kanaeda have on occasion given out medallions to protect those on missions they are sent to perform.  The Medallions from the Duke of Belliard are +2 protection and cold resistance.  The medallions of Kanaeda are known for their eerie sensations and sometimes powerful magical effects.
Melkar
 This is an island off the coast of Graka.  It is mostly a desolate beach island.
Mephaquatl
 Underwater world/city controlled by the King of the sea King Naphaxus who is a Triton. He could arguably be the most sought after military leader during the recent wars.  Only his distant land cousin Duke Anthony Bane has ever been able to converse with him.
Mephus
 Necromancer who created the Mummy dragon.  Was killed by the Deadnots.
Merciless, Castle of the
 Castle on the western side of Kanaeda.
Merclitus, Great Ancient Mentalist
 Great Mentalist who is still alive.  He is an elf of nearly 500 years in age.  He has many spells he developed over the years dealing with travel.
Merk
 Was a creature in Astoria that was wiped out of existence in a Quantum Leap adventure.
Merrick, Lesser God
 Lesser god of the warrior.  Specifically the insane drug using kind.
Meridian Atoll
 This is an atoll extended out from the Athogate island.
MinndNaughts
These creatures are ½ minoonka and ½ dreadnaughts.  They are rare and are not capable of procreation.  The beings are seriously dangerous.  They are sometimes referred to as Minnds.
Mintok
 Brotherhood of monks on the island of Resolve.  They are a very special brotherhood.
Mobi
 This is one of the adopted worlds of the Dreadnaughts.  They came to Mobi at the same time they came to Astoria and conquered it in a few short years. 

Moghuna
 Emperor of Shang-Dong.  He is of the descent of ancient dragon offspring.  He resides in Duan-Hai.

 Sister to the Emperor of Shang-Dong.

 Spider demon killed by Zen the Demon hunter.
Monet, Countess Kassa
 Daughter of the Marquis Magnus and member of the Lei house.

 A member and head of the Tashot house.

 Very Large city in Kanaeda.  It is the largest city on the main continent.
Moressa
 Wife to a great Prince from Alforden.  She was killed and he became the creature they  call Dawne.

 Warlock from Talizen in Cantar.
Montegro
City in North Neuposa that has humans living in it.  Mostly as slaves but some humans to keep trade open with the south.
Murcos, Lord
 A member of the Tashot family.
Murk
 Hideous creatures originating from Pentu.  It is reptilian in nature and very alien to Astoria.
