DM NOTES
The fuscia wizards have a very secret past.  The history of the Fuscia wizards begins when society was simply beginning to organize.  They built a large tower that originally was worshipped by local farmers.  Trade centers were began around the tower because of the ability for farmers to see the tower from nearly 100 miles away.  Centuries passed before organized society really took off.  When it did the wizards of the tower made it known they would have an impact on the society.
It was also at this time that the wizards began to fight over their rights and control.  A new wizard known as XXXXXXXXXX.  He later was named Airymagnus.  His entry into the Wizards order at 22nd level was the 10th member.  The ability to vote on issues caused ties in votes.  He was thrown out after only 200 years as an active member.  It was at this time that these wizards set ground rules for wizards in Astoria and also, were cursed by father of the gods to remain in their tower forever.  They had made themselves immortal and had began to perform wishes like it was going out of style.  Quantom decided to place restrictions on those wishing for immortality.
Since that time the wizards have expanded the tower in height and expanded the dimensions within the inside of the tower.  The wizards consist of 9 wizards who are cursed within the tower.  Airymagnus is free to roam but does meet with the other wizards on occasion.  He has been known to share research when it was important.  His agenda is far different then the other wizards.
When Airymagnus was killed during the raid on his home nearly 9 months ago, he escaped as flakes of existence.  His air car, and air throne also disappeared and reemerged at the Magnus space craft.  He, due to the lost battle was banished from Astoria for a century.  He is however using his ability to communicate with other demons, continuing on a plan to destroy the Deadnots and return to Astoria.  To do this he merely has to defy time, or kill the individuals responsible for his death and eliminate them.  The Fuscia wizards have no real force as their friend on the outside world.  They  would prefer to have some impact.  They may ask nicely from the Deadnots or may choose to help Airymagnus.??  It all depends on the Deadnots.
Fuscia, River
The river lies in the north of Aquila and flows into the North Sea.  It is so named because the legend states that the fuscia wizards once made the river run backwards to show force to the primitives who lived along the river.

The belt will give the wielder an 18 strength and work its way up to 22 if the player abides by rules of competence, fair play and courage.  Eventually the belt will bestow the following on the player wearing the belt.
AC base 2      AC of 0
Strength of 22    cont. (abilities) Intelligence and wisdom raised to 19 or up 1 point
+5 to all saving throws
The chain links holding the skulls to the belt were created by the dwarves of (AKABAR) near Omar.  If removed the belt ceases to function.  If the player is donning what the belt feels to be right it may chose to speak to the possessor and instruct them as to what they need to do to attain greater power.  Only one skull will awaken to discuss the ideas with the wearer.
The origins of the belt and the 3 skulls are part of Astorias long lost history.  Many people have sought the belt and many fakes have been issued and made to mess with characters.  The true belt does not radiate magic and with the help of the Fuscia wizards the single most powerful item in Astoria.  To give the true origins of the Girdle would be to explain the history of Astoria.
